"The Album" - due to my age/lifestyle at the time, here in the UK, I missed Eddie's music!. Travelling Canterbury to Ashford on top deck of an otherwise empty bus, (in January 1962), and talking about Music, My friend said His elder Brother was selling a second hand LP. 30/- new but he needed cash - I paid 4/- for 'The Eddie Cochran Memorial Album".
Just as Brian said it blew Me away!. I was already dancing Rock and Roll, (from age 13, 1956), and stopped in 2018.
Thanks Eddie, Superb Music. Hey, 'The Stray Cats' gave us brilliant music too!

That’s the age I discovered rockabilly, 13yrs old, got told to home an get changed into school uniform because I turned up in an all black ted suit , my metal work teacher loved it as he was an old teddy boy, headmaster not so much, im 56 now and still into rockabilly . Once it gets in your skin it’ll never leave you.

Setzer had zero chance of ever being Elvis so might as well try to be Cochran.
